National Level Competition

The National Level competition was arranged by the Students Affairs Committee of the Council on 25th January 2020
where Mr. Alamgir Khan, MNA was the Chief Guest. The competition was attended by 13 participants from Islamabad,
Lahore, Karachi, Multan Faisalabad, Peshawar and Hyderabad.

The Panel Judges were Mr. Hussain Thebo, Senior Analyst, Columnist, Social Activist, Entrepreneur; Mr. Rana Idrees,
Deputy General Manager Logistics, Pakistan State Oil (PSO); Mr. Shahzad Shafiq, HR Business partner, Searle Pakistan;
Mr. Zahid Kaliya CFO, Shield Pakistan; Mr. Nadeem Moulvi, Analyst Current Affairs, PTV, Aab Tak, Metro K21 and TNN
International News. From the ICMA Pakistan side, Mr. Abdul Wasey Khan, Vice President and Chairman Students Affairs
Committee, Mr. Farough Ali Naweed Secretary& Treasurer KBC; Mr. Azeem Hussain, Vice Chairman KBC, Mr. Shaham
Ahmed, Member KBC, Mr. Hakim Ali, Chairman Student Affairs Committee KBC; Mr. Amir Ijaz Khan, Executive Director;
Ms. Shahida Ibrahim Khan, Director Education, Mr. Lal Muhammad, Director South Region and Ms. Naila Khan, Secretary
Student Affairs Committee of the Council (NC) attended.
The following students were judged the winners of the final presentation skills competition at national level:

First position: Mr. Sumair Rehman from Karachi –cash prize@ Rs. 25,000 with 3 subjects’ scholarship
Second position: Ms. Noreen Muhammad Hanif from Karachi – cash prize@ Rs. 15,000 with 2 subjects’ scholarship
Third position: Mr. Fater Hassan Junejo from Hyderabad – cash prize@ Rs. 10,000 with 2 subjects’ scholarship

The shields were presented to positions holders, judges, Chairman Student Affairs Committee KBC and Secretary Student
Affairs Committee of the Council (NC).

Award of Special Merit Certificates to Students at Islamabad

The students who performed extra ordinary in S-2019 PME Examinations and secured first position in a subject in the
first attempt with highest marks but not less than 70% marks, were presented Special Merit Certificates in impressive
ceremonies arranged at Islamabad and Lahore Campuses on 9th January 2020 and 15th January 2020, respectively.
Mr. Shahzad Ahmed Malik, Honorary Secretary who was the Chief Guest at the Islamabad Campus appreciated the
efforts of the students. Mr. Adil Amin, Chairman IBC presented certificates to the deserving students. Three students got
Special Merit Certificates along with cash awards while two students received merit certificates based on the criteria set
by the Examination committee.

Mr. Muhammad Yasin, Honorary Treasurer, ICMA Pakistan was the Chief Guest at Lahore Campus ceremony and gave
away the certificates of merit to Mr. Malik Abdullah (Reg. No. 20190814) and Mr. Haseeb Ali Akbar (Reg. No. 20170228).
A cash prize of Rs. 10,000 was also awarded to Mr. Malik Abdullah.
