Program Highlights

In accordance with Section 4(I) of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 (SOE Act), the Federal Government notified the State-Owned Enterprise Ownership and Management Policy (SOE Policy) on November 27, 2023. As per the SOE Policy, SECP is mandated to develop a tailored Directors Training Program for directors serving on SOEs (DTP for SOEs) in collaboration with pertinent stakeholders.

Program Duration

  Duration: Three full days program from 9 am to 5pm.




Program Fees

PKR 175,000 for Members of ICMA and other accounting bodies.
